Dubosq Dinner
Haut Marbuzet is one of the famous estates of St Estephe and owner Hugues Dubosq is hosting. Dinner will include wines from his other estates in St Julien, Margaux and Monbazillac.
Sorry it's a Monday but it is the only night Hugues could make.
Pink fizz to start the evening off followed by 5 courses and wine at each course.
For wine lovers of Bordeaux - this evening should hit the mark.

This light hearted evening will be a contest between the wines of Spain and Australia.
Last Year Spain won by a small margin - have the Aussies improved on their wines?
You will judge and cast your vote whilst enjoying a
5 courses of traditional English menu which should outclass most of the wines. All of which is included for a mere £47.50

Chainier Loire Dinner
I bought twenty years supply of their 2003 'Clos de Nouys Vouvray Sec' after tasting it. Their wines are that good!
Francois Chainier is the chief winemaker for the Chainier estates and will be hosting dinner.
Fizz is always a good start to an evening and will be followed by 5 courses and wine at each course.
For wine lovers of the Loire - this is a must.
Dinner is a snip at £57.50 but I'm feeling generous!

Whit Friday Band Contest Dinner
Dinner will be accompanied by as many as 50 Brass Bands
from around the country and some from Europe
In the Oak Room a SET 4-course dinner will be served priced at £39.50
Table times are
6.30 for 7pm

8.30 for 9pm
In the Restaurant a CHOICE 3-course dinner will be served priced at £39.50
Tables times start at 6.30 and last bookings are 9.30pm
Please note that the Brasserie will be closed this evening
and that car parking is extremely difficult due to the contest.

– Saddleworth’s only Championship band
and the only English band in the
Swiss Open Brass Band Championship
We are helping them to raise the necessary funds but besides that this should be a damn good night!
They will play three sets, the finale being the famous repertoire from
‘The Last Night at the Proms’

Louis Roederer Dinner
'Cristal' started off life as the champagne for the Russian Tsars.
Now it is the prefered drink for many a Premier League footballer or American Rapper!
Not on this night, unless any of them want to book!
'Quartet' Roederer's California winery will be our sparkling aperitif
followed by NV, Cristal and Rich versions of the famous house.
At £95 per person it may seem expensive, but when you consider a bottle of Cristal in any good wine shop is £145 as bottle, I hope it puts the price of dinner into perspective!

A CAMRA Gourmet?
Can there be such a thing? The CAMpaign for Real Ale stands for just that real cask conditioned ale.
This night we will be matching food to beer and will surprise the palates of most discerning drinkers and dinners alike. Beer with food really works, and you don't have to be the stereo typical beer drinker to enjoy it. This five-course dinner will include beer, mainly bottled, from all over the British Isles with proper British Cuisine. Same format as our Wine dinners, everything included until after coffee and the evening is priced at £42.50 per person.
All tables are 7.30 for 8pm
And don't worry, you don't have to drink a gallon unless you want to!
